housekeeping issues

mediocre dining

the so-called housekeeping was an absolute mess. waiting outside for 25 minutes while they pretend to clean, how embarassing. also, dinner was just mediocre for the price and they seriously expect us to rave about it? i almost gave a good review, but it was hard to ignore the total lack of red-carpet treatment, as if i were just another guest. pathetic.

The heated pool kept us cozy during cool days.

Housekeeping was an absolute nightmare. We had to wait outside for 25 minutes while they pretended to clean our villa. On another day, they completely forgot to clean our room, leaving us without fresh towels and service. The food at the restaurant was pitiful. it had no flavor and certainly didn't match the high standards expected from a place like this.

amazing view

Couples looking for relaxation

The view from our villa was very nice! We enjoyed morning yoga sessions while overlooking the paddy fields, it was calming like nothing else!

It wasn’t cheap, but definitely worth the experience.

gorgeous view

incredible bathroom

will definitely go back there again

The Junior Suite with Balcony was amazing. It had air conditioning, a stunning bathroom with a huge egg bath, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The food was great, especially the breakfast buffet with a lot of choices. Loved the spa area among the waterfalls. The staff were so kind, always smiling and chatting.

Staying in a villa with a private pool was lovely. The heated pool kept us cozy during cool days. Views of the mountains were amazing. Daily spa treatments amidst waterfalls were divine. The Vietnamese food surpassed our expectations!

Just returned from a peaceful retreat at Avana. Enjoyed daily yoga and a divine heated pool with amazing views. Really good staff, even surprising us with a birthday cake for my boyfriend. Would have loved more variety in fine dining options, but still a blissful experience.

My stay in mai chau was amazing, especially at the boutique retreat. The villa with a private pool exceeded every expectation with its heated water and fine mountain views. Indulging in daily spa treatments amidst nature was the cherry on top.
